One of the things that’s got me through this past 12 months is the soaps. The other thing is self care. For me that has involved face masks and baths galore and it really has made all the difference. I reckon that Sharon in EastEnders, Mandy in Emmerdale and Sally in Corrie definitely took the time for selfcare during lockdown. I can imagine all three with slices of cucumber on their eyes!
